Everything you create using WriteGoodContent remains 100% yours. We don't claim ownership over your content, your voice, or your creative genius. You keep all rights to your work.

However, by using our platform, you grant us permission to analyze your content to provide insights, improve our services, and train your personalized voice profile. We treat your content with respect and confidentiality.

You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate any laws or infringe on others' rights. Please create responsibly—the internet has enough drama already.

Playing nice with others

WriteGoodContent is built for creators who want to level up their content game ethically and authentically. To keep our community thriving, please don't:

• Create or promote harmful, hateful, or deliberately misleading content
• Violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights
• Use our platform for spam or manipulative engagement tactics
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our services
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Use our tools to generate content that violates platform-specific rules

If we notice behavior that goes against these guidelines, we may need to suspend or terminate your account. We'd rather help you succeed than show you the door, so please use WriteGoodContent responsibly.

Pricing and payments

We offer different plans to suit different creator needs. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We'll always notify you before any price changes.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. When you cancel, you'll maintain access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but we're always open to discussing exceptional circumstances.

Privacy matters

Your privacy is crucial to us. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, and protect your information. The short version: we use your data to provide and improve our services, and we never sell your personal information.

The boring (but necessary) stuff

WriteGoodContent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to maintain a reliable and valuable service, we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or that our AI will always nail your brand voice perfectly (though it usually does a pretty great job).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WriteGoodContent. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Terms can evolve (just like your content)

As we grow and improve WriteGoodContent, we might need to update these terms. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the platform. Continuing to use WriteGoodContent after changes means you accept the updated terms.
